Die Größe und man hat viele Möglichkeiten.

Es war nicht so sauber, bei dem Preis und die Lage erwartet man eine gewisse Sauberkeit. Und es war sehr Dunkel, was nicht ungewöhnlich ist bei Erdgeschoss Wohnung. Da wir nur kurz da waren, haben wir es einfach hingenommen. Vielleicht ein Ausreißer. Das war auch in Italien die einzige Wohnung die nicht so sauber war wie erwartet auf unsere Reise.

Host è stato molto disponibile e educato apprescindere appartamento è bello, pulito e raggiungibile da per tutto. È dotato di tutti i servizi utili. Ho avuto una disavventura, ho dimenticato la chiave di appartamento inserito interno nella seratura della porta. Ovviamente non potevo entrare. Host è intervenuto subito a trovare un fabro e è riuscito a farmi entrare nel appartamento al più presto possibile senza farmi pagare un centisimo in più. Consiglio a tutti di andare lì e se mi capita ritornerò.

Appartement idéal pour une famille pour quelques jours Bien équipé Emplacement idéal à 10min en voiture du centre de Côme. Bus a proximité et Supermarché à 5min . L'hôte est très réactif si on a des questions et très sympathique. Je recommande vraiment .

Sdb bien équipé mais assez étroite. Frigo pour 4 idéal pour 2j apres ca déborde .

Apartment was just perfect everything as expected and as on the photos. Comfy beds, host prepared everything.

Cleaning can be improved…. We saw other comments saying floor was dirty- this wasn’t our case, and it might be that the floor is simply very light in color and you can see any trace. Bathroom can use a good scrub though - and more attention to things such as toilet seat and stuff like this.

The apartment was spacious. Eventhough it is far from the centre of Como,it is only a few metres from the boarders with Switzerland! The pizzeria,the bakery and the supermarket around the area were a plus!

When reaching the apartment you should not turn on its street because it leads to really narrow streets,not easily accessible by big cars!!Instead you should first park on the main street or in the parking space close by.

The apartment was comfortable and easy to find. Coffee and water in the fridge.

During check in you need to provide not only photos of your documents, but also you need to make selfies with documents. There is no soap and shampoo in the apartment.
