Owner responded quick when we arrived and the floor was soooo dirty. I have never seen a floor this dirty, it completely made me second guess how they clean everything and if the bed had new sheets

Upon arrival, the floor was very dirty; every room (bathroom, bedroom, livingroom) was deeply stained with mud. It was dusty and there were visible hairs on the floor. A cleaner came and she initially said that the floor was just “coloured” and not dirty. That’s when I grabbed a wetwipe and cleaned the floor to demonstrate how dirty it was. She then vacuum cleaned and mopped the floor. The mud stains were like so stuck, that after the mopping 60% of the stains were still there. We arrived late, so I didn’t feel like making another point out of it. But you can imagine that it was not s comfortable stay as you start to doubt the level of cleaning they do. Seems like they clean lightly on the surface…

Very nice, modern and cosy apartment. Even it is few kilometers outside from Centre, there was very convenient bus connection and was also easy to visit Switzerland. Good supermarket and restaurants/pizzerias/cafeterias in the neighbourhood for affoedable prices. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt like home. In Case of any questions the owner was fast and eager to answer.
