We did not eat breakfast there.

My son & daughter in law arrived before I did and at first they could not get the keys. The code I had was one I got the day I booked the room but she was told they had emailed me a different code that morning. I did not check my email before I left home so I could not access the email. I was very upset because I was lost at the time. It took a little time but the front desk was able to work it out and everything was great after that.

The unit is very run down....lights missing or not working from most rooms. Wallpaper is pealing apart at the seams, the exhaust fan does not work properly off the main bedroom (king room). While the toilets and sinks were clean the tables and wardrobes were in need of being wiped down with a cleaner. I was told to take our garbage to a dumpster on the other side of the building. I am sorry but I am not going to haul garbage all over that hotel to dispense with it for you. We used a can that was posted outside near our room and got as much as we could in it. You wanted us to strip down the beds, again, for the money I paid you for this unit, I am not going to do your housekeeping for you. Needless to say we will not be utilizing Ocean Reef for future stays.
