Oceanfront 3BR/2BA, Ocean Reef, Waterpark

The location was great and the condo was spacious.

There was mold on the vents, the carpet and the floors were filthy, not crumbs, it was ground in dirt. The furniture was old and dirty, there was a plate of old food under a bed, the TV did not work in one of the bedrooms. There was a hole in a wall, a towel rack was missing in the bathroom. The refrigerator was very dirty, all in all, we were very disappointed with the condition of this condo!!

We loved everything about the property! It was one of the best resorts we’ve ever been to! The staff was super friendly and the resort itself was phenomenal! Our kids enjoyed every second of the pools and the water park! We will for sure be back!

Great location - beautiful view! Property was near everything, easy to get around. Great pools and amenities. The staff was very helpful.

The room needs updating. Did not look like it had been cleaned very well. Had what we needed but : pictures hanging off walls, hole in wall, carpet old and in need of cleaning, leaking shower, front door looked like it had previously been broken into, alarm in bedroom went off at 3am, needed to be painted, rust showing, just to mention a few things.

It was bad there was bed bugs sent pictures to property manager not hotel itself the air bnb is by private owners he didn’t care at all his name was Josh said someone was coming they came look at picture on phone that’s all said it was a South Carolina roach and it wasn’t he left didn’t spray it was just a mess I have all messages and pictures

Property manager was offer it wasn’t from the hotel itself it was from a private owner of a resort air bnb. The pictures from bed room and living room

The location was close to the conference center where we were going for the women's conference. It has a great view of the beach. The manager sent blankets to our room by instacart when I let him know there were no extra blankets in the room. I really appreciated that.

It had a bad smell. Maybe it was a musty smell. Not sure if it had been smoked in previously. As soon as you walked in the smell hit you in the face and each time we walked in. It needed a deep clean. We wiped counters again because they were not clean. The paper towel was dirty after wiping it. Floor seemed to have a lot of residue. No one wanted to walk without shoes or socks on. And socks were filthy after waking on the floor.

It was very peaceful and I enjoyed that we had everything we needed in the apartment.

We had to take out our own trash, and it was an inconvenience because we had to go all the way outside the building to take it out and with the size of my family we had a lot of trash. Other than that everything was great.
