"Close to the ferry"

Easy contact with the host, fast response. Close to the sea.

Okay for one night and perfect if you want to catch an early ferry, but quite expensive given the limited space.

"Would not return"

Caravan was clean and comfortable, plenty of tea coffee and creamer. Followed owners instruction to find, even in the dark.

The owners of the caravan next door, from midnight till 6 am screaming and shouting, which then turned into fighting and smashing their caravan up, my 2 grand children where very scared, eventually the police were called, we packed and left. I know this has no bearing on the owner of the caravan we stayed in, but have suggested to her she contacts the site owners as looking a previous reviews it has happened before. Such a shame.

Everything would have been fine if we had received the service we paid for. Our team arrived at the caravan just to spend the night after work and take a shower. However, they found the caravan cold because the heating wasn’t working, and there was no hot water. Our workers couldn’t wash after a full day of work. I requested a refund for the stay, but I was told we would only receive £20 back. It’s a shame — this is the first time in my life I’ve had to leave a negative review. Best regards

"handige overnachtingsplek, maar lastig bereikbaar."

de sta-caravan was netjes

de nabijheid van andere caravans en daarmee ook geluidsoverlast van buren die 's nachts nog buiten zaten. de bedden zijn erg klein. de spelletjes waren incompleet en wifi deed het niet.

Good location for onward travel to ferry at Harwich. Caravan living space was very nice, bedrooms a little tight. Lots of families in the park.

We were told after booking that wi-fi is patchy. We struggled to connect and use the internet which created a problem for us. But we did not realise that TV is also variable in that location. We were not able to watch any TV during our stay - no service. I think this could be made clearer on Booking.com.
