Host & Stay - Upper Duke Street Apartment

Location was perfect and the amount of beds. Perfect sized lounge and dining area.

Upon entering the front door the stairway looked very unkept. The staircase inside the property was a little steep with narrow steps.

This property was absolutely lovely to stay in! In a great location about 10 minutes walk to the city centre and to Lime street train station. The decor and furniture make it so gorgeous! Nice spacious rooms with good lighting for getting ready and big mirrors. Glad I chose here and would stay here again. Perfect size for 10 people.

The kitchen table was kind of hard to clean and the inside of the building was a little bit run down but you completely forget about that once you are in the apartment.

Property wasn’t clean just the basics done , found rubbish from last guest some was confidential ! Basics were done . Definitely needs a deep clean and decorated , entrance stairways extremely dirty and in need of new carpets . Probably wouldn’t stay there again .

Everything was great except the stairs. The location was fabulous, the size of the apartment was spectacular.

Stairs in the flat were very steep

The apartment was really nice, big place, plenty of room for the four of us and very modern, warm and cosy, loved the décor and the location, showers and bathrooms were great, but the stairs are very steep, both up to the apartment and inside the apartment.

Lack of Information re stairs and trying to get into the property. My Dad was with us and he is 82, he really struggled with the stairs, please make sure you warn people about the stairs, as if I had known I wouldn't have booked it for my Dad. Also, couldn't get into the key safe, I was given the wrong code, I was on the phone for over half an hour trying to call for help, once I was given the correct code, all was ok. Again, not good standing outside the property with my 82 year old Dad!
