Apartments are pretty close to all tourist places. Spar not far, restaurants not far. Big living room, windows to the quiet interior. Comfortable bed.

Arrived and found out, that room is not ready for us (no bed linen, no towels). Phoned to 24/7 line - seems that for personnel was too complicated to communicate in English. I asked for support via Whatsapp, they answered quite fast. But...bed linen and just 3 towels (2 standard-size bath towels + 1 small) were left just outside the door in a big garbage plastic bag with info and formal "sorry" in Whatsapp. We had to put linen by ourselves - first time in my experience so sad attitude to house-keeping from the host. Shower needs repair - all the water comes on the ground. The only sink is so small and stupid-shaped - makes it even impossible to just wash hands/face without getting water on the ground.

Everything as promised. Nice and clean.

The approach to the property was not very good with all the bins. First impressions not very good. The location of the actual apartment needs to put in the info instead of in a video

Best location, very easy check in and great communication with the host🙂 The apartment was just perfect, you can’t go wrong with this one!

Sharing our experience of 3 nights' at this property!!! The property has various facilities but you cannot use most of them or struggle to use them. 1. Microwave: You can't properly reheat your food. Even after multiple attempts, the food remained as cold as when it came out of the fridge. 2. Washing machine: We were on the road for almost 12 days and we specifically chose this place so that we could do our laundry, but there is no detergent. To our surprise, the staff asked us to buy our own detergent. 3. Kitchenware: Only the bare minimum items were provided. We had to request a knife twice and a kitchen towel three times before receiving them. There was no salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea, or coffee, and when we asked, the staff told us to buy our own. 4. Hand wash: There was no hand wash available in the bathroom. Despite asking multiple times, they eventually provided a wash, which turned out to be the same soap-based solution found in both the shampoo and body wash bottles. They found a small bottle in our room and refilled it with the same soap-based liquid, by ENTERING OUR APARTMENT IN OUR ABSENCE, WITHOUT INFORMING US!!! 5. The heating did not work. 6. The location is good. It is close to public transport (8-10 minutes walk). The rooms are well renovated. If you don't care about using the kitchenette and other facilities, this could be a decent option for you as the room and the beds are good.

We liked nothing. Couldn't even provide basics such as heating and hot water.

We reached the apartment. Did not have heating at 9 degrees. Froze to death. Repeatedly kept calling support. Was asked to use the AC. AC heating did not work even at 30 degrees. Made the room cooler. Got a run around until a technician arrived late night. Our day was wasted. Next day did not get hot water to bathe. Bathed in ice cold water and fell sick. So that was our trip ! No basics. No refund.

Lovely apartment, close to the center The host was really nice, we had an issue with the door and he fixed it very quickly 10/10
