Constantes problemas con la caldera. La tv no funcionaba. Faltaban utensilios de cocina y la cobija fue insuficiente.

The location was convenient for visiting historical sites

The room had serious issues: a blocked bathroom and a strong bad smell upon arrival. We were moved to three different rooms in one night due to errors, and there was confusion about our belongings being handled without our presence. The first two days were very uncomfortable.

The location is good and there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. The shower is also fine.

TL;DR if an issue arises, the owner will send friendly messages but will not provide any assistance. We arrived after midnight and found a tiny piece of toilet paper in the bathroom. Fortunately we had tissue. Then in the morning we found out that other essential items are missing. We contacted the owner, who sent very friendly messages, promising to provide the missing items immediately. They never arrived, though you asked several times. Now, besides the essentials, usually there are other basic groceries in an apartment kitchen: salt and pepper, cooking oil, tea, sugar... Here there was nothing. We just bought everything and left behind 90% unused. Even if the owner spends the tiny amount needed to make the place more welcoming, consider this: if a problem arises - say you mistakenly locked the room with the card inside - expect to be ignored and forced to solve the problem by yourself. Beware of this place. Lastly, the airconditioner is very weak and fails to cool the room on a hot day. There was also a cooling fan, but it was broken..
