, everything was great, but I would like to suggest adding dishwashing liquid and a sponge in the kitchen. During a short stay, it’s not practical to buy these items, and leaving the dishes unwashed is not desirable. Additionally, it would be good to put up a notice in the hallway asking smokers to smoke outside the apartment and the corridor, as the smell spreads into the neighboring room.

Very good locatin and very friendly personal.

Very good location, just a few minutes walk to any grocery store and metro/bus station. Good restaurants and historical sights nearby. Safe and quiet area.

- When we arrived the apartament wasn't ready. It missed essentials items such bath towels and toiletries. They were able to supply us the missing items on the following day after we complained. - We had hot water only one day out of our 4 day stay. After we complained to the host, they organized maintenance (frankly every day they were there trying to fix the issues but they came to the conclusion: the boiler needs replacement) whom weren't able to resolve the issue and we left with cold water to bath with. We asked immediate solution after we had the issue present for 2 consecutive days but they failed to provide any.

Location is good and Staff. Room and kitchen was nice.

Has a smell from toilet maybe and has another apartment near of this and depends from others guests it will be quiet at night or not.

la calefacción no estaba puesta cuando llegamos y tardamos en averiguar como funcionaba por lo que aparte de perder nuestro tiempo la primera noche pasamos frío. Hemos pedido reiteradas veces que nos devuelvan el importe de la noche del 28 al 29 de Diciembre no usamos, pero que la propiedad si anuló esa noche para que lo utilizarán otras personas, por lo que la esta noche seguramente fue cobrada dos veces, pero a mi no me han devuelto el importe a pesar de pedirlo media docena de veces. Eso si me han me dado buenas palabras y ninguna solución.
