THE ENTIRE HOUSE IS AS IT IS IN THE PICTURE !! SHE RESPONDS FAST & FIXED THE WIFI JUMPING FROM HOME !! VERY CLEAN , VERY NICE HOME , KIDS ENJOYED THE POOL & AGAIN THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING MY FAMILY & I TO STAY AT YOUR HOME DURING OUR VISIT TO DISNEY !! WE WILL BE BACK FOR THE SAME HOME !! :-)

Being close to downtown

The house was not comfortable. I called when the odor from a nasty trash at the entrance. We couldn't get the wi-fi to work properly. No way to watch TV without streaming. No batteries in the remote. Contact the owner and he said someone would bring batteries the next day but no on cam and no one called back. Walls scuffed in numerous locations. Pool toys along the perimeter. Couldn't find certain light switches. Tv work only in 3 areas. Not enough towels and wag cloths to support my family of 7. Lights not working by the pool. All remotes was having issues working. I will never again come here. Paid $1,000 for a weekend. Not worth it especially when all amenities are miles away from the house. The ad implemented that it was literally outside. That was not the case.

The property looked just like the pictures for the most part. Rooms and kitchen were spacious. Keyless entry was very convenient. Plenty of beach towels and bathing white towels. Booklet with rules and restaurants, resort amenities and other information was very helpful .

There was a foul smell in kitchen coming from garbage disposal and dishwasher . Had to run dish washer and garbage disposal to try kill smell. There were no starter kits of any kind in home or cleaning supplies. No mop, no cleaning liquid, only broom no dust pan, dish detergent dish rags, No soap, laundry detergent, no wash cloths only white towels and hand towels, paper towels, seasonings, etc. my family brought all this stuff and left any recyclables left over that next guest could use. Refrigerator ice machine leaked water on kitchen floor and in front of refrigerator. Property owner was informed about both garbage disposal and leaking ice machine on refrigerator and didn’t comment on problems or send anyone out or offer any suggestions but responded to other questions about hot tub and pool heating. Location of home on booking states it’s Kissimmee however the home is located in Davenport which is further from parks about 45 minutes or a little longer to Disney and sea world . Not sure if spring break played a roll but traffic was horrible commuting from house to parks. Owner did honor late check out of 1 pm free of charge for the misleading location on booking. Owner should update now that the location is in Davenport champions gate. Getting to and from home and back into champions gate was sometimes annoying because maps took you in a direction after entering into complex that was a Dead end due to gate being closed. Had to remember and go a different way everytime to get back to house because that gate on the side the house is on was not open. TVs in homes were signed out of all apps.. Live tv and cable was not loading on none of the TVs but in the living room. Couldn’t use apps unless you had them yourself and signed in on TVs. One of the children bedrooms do not have a tv . Lastly, For the price, I believe the house could have more amenities. Game room can be updated or more games should be added. Besides pool and pool table there isn’t much to do in home.
