This property was amazing I traveled with a group of 8, we went from Jan23rd to Jan27th and unfortunately the weather was very cold...the only thing I would change about this property is the water heater! it was unfair that my kids couldn't get in the pool the whole time were there! Other than that, the property was everything I imagined had me ready to move to Florida how beautifully the owner decorated the house! The owner was also very friendly and easy to get to for communication whenever we needed him Thanks so much for a wonderful trip for my family

The Wi-Fi also the front door lock kept malfunctioning we had to use the garage entrance

This unit was very clean & the decor was beautiful. Wonderful for a weekend of making memories with family. The owner is very personable & accommodating & his customer service is A-1. I felt welcomed!

All of this goes against my integrity! I never experience anything like this before! The stay was good until departure. This place is a scam! The maintenance crew and housekeepers are a scam. I took pictures of this property upon arrival. Before departure me and my family double checked everything. Nothing was out of place and I checked all the towels to make sure they were put in the correct place. The owner sends me pictures of some electrical equipment accusing me of trying to turn on electrical power to a hot tub. Why??? I don’t know what that electrical stuff is or where it is located. Do I look like a maintenance person? Those towels were placed there by housekeeper because I checked all towels. One towel looked like it was chewed by a dog and the others ones looked like someone put paint all over them. This doesn’t make any sense to me when we checked everything. My 73 year old parents slept in the room with the curtains on the floor. My parents did not touch the curtains during their stay. We checked every room and there were no curtains down on the floor. This is very sad to be accused of doing something that you know for a fact you did not do. We are all witness that these are all lies! Then to try and charge me $350 for housekeeping and maintenance lies is a SCAM! I will never stay at this property again! That explains why there were little reviews of this place. All of this made me to never stay at a place with little to no reviews. Pictures are below so be aware of the scam and lies! Never again!

Very well kept

It was clean and welcoming on arrival., but that's the extent of the positives. The owner is only good at getting paid and apologizing for issues, no attempts to resolve any issues during 6 day stay despite multiple messages detailing all the issues above..

The owner falsely advertised the pool and hot tub are heated, but then he charges extra $45 a day, after complaining about the false advertisement, the owner would only agree to reduce to $25 a day for heating the pool and hot tub, but the pool and hot tub were not pre heated and hot tub took 2 hours to reach reasonable temperature each time. The AC either doesn't work properly or the owner deliberately avoids cooling the house below 70 degrees, despite notifying him and asking multiple times to have the temperature set to 64 for the duration of our stay. Even a request for the manual to be able to set the thermostat was ignored. The ceramic stove top had a massive crack in it and was not safe to use, the owner was notified within an hour of our arrival, but pretended he was not aware, he apologized but made no attempt to fix or replace it, putting our family at serious risk of electric shock should we have used it. We obviously didn't use it and had to rely only on the grill outside. The gas tank was not full and only lasted us for 4 days. The pool was scheduled to be cleaned during our stay and we were only notified at the last minute. On our departure, cleaning crew already entered the house at 930, when check out is at 10am. It's a shame the owner has done nothing to resolve any of the issues.

The house is very beautiful, and clean. Perfect for a large family. The beds are very comfortable. The large bedroom downstairs was perfect for my Grandmother. The host is very helpful and responds very quickly. Very close to Disney and Universal. Free waterparks nearby and lazy pool.

Would have liked a few more pillows. The large beds only had 3 pillows each.
