Staff were very friendly Good breakfast Good facilities

Very noisy room ie near to road People smoking drugs (weed) in their room/outside was off-putting at night

The room was well-appointed and immaculate; the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was bright, clean, and inviting. Breakfast was outstanding.

It took me a little time to figure out how to use my room key to operate the elevator, and it was awkward because it required two hands. You have to hold the key on the sensor while pressing the button for your desired floor, which makes it difficult to go upstairs with a cup of coffee in your hand. Having said that, it is worth noting that fresh (and really good) coffee was available in the lobby 24/7.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD WITH PLENTY OF CHOICES.

COFFEE/TEA IN THE ROOM RATHER THAN IN THE RECEPTION

Breakfast was good, loved having the to-go bags to have a snack later in the room. All the staff members were friendly. Loved that we had access to a shuttle and shuttle driver was very nice.

We took the shuttle and thought we were getting dropped off at our destination, but got dropped off a couple blocks away, wish someone had told us there were specific drop-off/pickup areas.

I did not like the smell in the bathroom, it smells like sewer
