I didn’t - advertised FREE parking. It had none - you could park on the street or the Valet only garage. Valet parking was 26 a night. This was not mentioned on the property

I didn’t - advertised FREE parking. It had none - you could park on the street or the Valet only garage. Valet parking was 26 a night. This was not mentioned on the property. It took them 6 weeks to reply to my request for cancellation - when I called holiday inn I was told they couldn’t do anything about it since booking.com made the reservation. Booking.com told me to reach out to the hotel directly

Great breakfast rooms were spotless

Didn’t like that we had to us our phones for the remote. Too complicated for us old people lol
