The property was clean and tidy

The internet didn’t work, and we were told that it wasn’t working the previous day either, it would have been nice to have been advised before we arrived rather than us chasing the owner of the property, so I could of downloaded some things onto my daughters tablet to keep her entertained.

Excellent location, opposite a bus stop that takes you to the airport/NEC in 15 minutes. Corner shop 3 minutes away. Parking outside the bedroom window. Nice, attractive design to the house. Modern feel and comfortable beds. The host was great with communication and friendly to speak with. TV with YouTube, etc. Plenty of kitchen essentials like oil, salt etc. Bathroom was large and modern.

The cleanliness was varying; there was a lot of mould in the bathroom across the tiles, ceiling and shower screen joint. Paint was peeling and cracking across most windows, the communal hallway had dropped rubbish, the bin was dirty on the outside, dust across most surfaces, food splatters on paint in kitchen. Half consumed milk left in the fridge, half used food in fridge. Towels smelt damp.

IT WAS PERFECT FOR US TO STAY IN AFTER A LONG DAY OUT

Plenty of room, larger than expected all round. Well equipped. Bath as well. Lovely and comfortable and very warm. Parking on site and very easy to find and close to NEC. Asda, KFC, and McDonald's nearby. Additional locks helped nervous family member feel secure. Better than a hotel.

Very comfy beds, nice warm environment, great location for the NEC, only a 10 minute drive. Host was fantastic, with great communication.
