"Does the job for a night. But missing the attention to detail that makes your stay more restful"

Easy check in. Good communication from host. Ok place for a night

Missing attention to detail: mold and mildew in bathroom, no soap or shampoo (only hand soap), coffee and tea provided but no milk, sheets stained. Upstairs neighbours have lead feet.

I loved how everything was there for us, even the simple things like tea and coffee. I love that it was easy to park. It felt like home from home.. comfy and cosy

"Convenient and good coms"

Property location convenient and communication with host was good. Spacious flat.

Not clean enough, mould in bathroom around shower, carpets need good clean and cobwebs around the place. Kitchen extractor not working and kitchen grubby. Bedding extremely worn.

"Great value, great location and everything you need for a good stay"

The apartment was just what we needed for our stay and the location was perfect for our trip to NEC. All instructions sent over for our stay were very helpful and detailed and the amenities within the apartment were great. We found it to be great value in comparison to the large hotels nearby and felt more homely too. We would certainly stay here again.
