All need to improve… Last minute cancel the reservation say will fully refund the amount I pay but from 21/02/2026 until Today 25/03/2026 I still dint receive any refund from the hotels😡😡😡😡

Clean, security is good, wifi good, water pressure good, with bidet good...a lot of shops and restaurant, very near to erl, aircond good....it's a must in hot and humid country, bed comfy.

Your heater switch needs repair, and the water shower tap also needs repair. The washing machine got bad smell after i wash my cloth...maybe need service. everything else is excellent.

I am writing to formally express my complaint regarding my recent stay. The hotel I booked and paid for was not the one I received, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to poor service, lack of cleanliness, unpleasant odors, dirty cups and glassware, the absence of basic amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels, a broken iron, the lack of a washing machine as expected, and the unresponsiveness of the service, as my request for blankets and towels was delayed.
