FREE PARKING # 2 Bed Family BellSuite - Sepang KLIA Kota Warisan

We stayed in a suite and unfortunately had quite a disappointing experience. One of the air conditioners was blowing warm air and could not be adjusted, with an orange light constantly on, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. The towels also had an unpleasant urine-like smell, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the WiFi was not working during our stay. We informed the staff, but no solution was provided, which made things even more frustrating. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and we hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

Very bad response from the organizing staff and they hide the deposit requirement and property also in very bad and un higinic conditions, as a hotel accommodation they don’t provide basic bath arrangements and towels also very bad and stinky

It was okay

They didnt give a clear instructions how to find the parking spot, and the parking spot is a bit far away from the lift as i have to bring my disabled sister. They labeled the wrong card to enter the parking and late respond to my whatsapp. The room is a bit dusty
