Nearing to my stay date, gomain is very insistent on putting down a deposit before check-in instructions was given. My arrival time was 4-5am, understood that the team does not operate 24hrs thus I informed that I would like to pay cash on the day itself in the afternoon as I have bad experiences with deposit transfer. However, gomain team was not considerate and keeps pushing for transfer as without it I cannot check-in. My fear was indeed correct, upon check-out when I received my “deposit” it was not RM200, the team pocketed some of the deposit and return the remaining. When confronted the whatsapp was radio silence. The room condition is as per price range. Upon check-in you can tell it is run down and maintenance is done but barely. The bed linens are stained. Please ensure that you snap photos of all the defects and stain upon your arrival so that gomain team is aware and will not claim that the damage is done by you. After the first night, the following nights multiple pest like cockroaches are found in random spots, which I can still tolerate knowing that the apartment is run down. No essential items are provided, only towels. FYI to those who are booking in the future.

Firstly, I had to wait 1 hour to check in. no one replied me in whatsapp and my calls for 30-40 minutes, and then they texted something like wait, then came. The room is not as in the photos, don’t have a carpet and water in the rooms. Also the most important thing, that they had to gave me back my deposit 200rm to my bank account, but now they don’t reply me, and I can’t take back my deposit. Rooms are not clean, especially the blankets, pillowcases and smell bad.

The view is amazing, can see the firework too. Bed is cozy and got 2 aircond and 1 fan.

房间有味道，床垫很软，有一个床垫已经陷进去了，被单床单已经洗污了，看着太难受了
