The first time I stayed in the Soho is attached with the washing machine A bit sad is that the next stay Soho is without a washing machine....😭

The management group lied. They charged us a deposit which was NOT listed in the booking. It was a refundable deposit but they have not returned it as of yet. There was no washing machine which WAS in the booking. The towels provided smelled like wet dog. They would not respond on the Booking.com app and would only talk to me via the WhatsApp. When questioned about the washing machine, they never responded. They provided the absolute bare minimum for cooking and said that only light cooking was allowed. Overall, this was the worst stay I’ve had so far using Booking.com.

Tempat yang menarik,tempat makan dan mart berdekatan..keadaan yg tidak terlalu busy.

Masa nak ambik kunci byk buang masa dgn menunggu staff turun,kemudian staff tidak mesra.. tuan rumah tidak memberi amaran berkenaan penutupan kolam renang.sehingga bulan October.. bilik Ade 2 katil Queen, 1 katil Queen dah lekuk ke dalam..tidur dlm keadaan kurang selesa..wayar seterika dah kembang ms nak guna nmpk Ade spark..
