The BEST Tiny Home Loft and Private Yard

Location

The toaster did not work well. No hot water was running from the bathroom sink. Only one toilet paper was provided for a week stay. Only less than one inch was filled in a dish detergent bottle. Spider webs were around the deck.

It was very comfortable. The location was good, nothing in San Luis Obispo is far away. The kitchen was clean and had all we needed to fix breakfast or whatever else we wanted. We would choose it again.

Very clean. Bed was very comfertable. Easy check-in.

Extra $55 pet fee that was not disclosed prior to checking in. Neighborhood is not very good. There's a homeless shelter nearby. We confirmed an 11am checkout several times but the cleaning lady arrived at 10:15 and we felt rushed. Communication with host was infrequent and poor.

The property was very clean and a great size. It made my stay very comfortable it’s the only place i will be booking when i return to San Luis Obispo

Good location and comfortable bed. Nice to have a kitchen. Good wifi.

The porch light was burnt out, making it difficult to unlock the door at night. It wasn’t cleaned very well. There were old crumbs in the kitchen, the kitchen and bathroom floors needed washing, the bathroom fan was full of dust. The ceiling fans were dusty as well. The corners in all the rooms needed cleaning. There was no local TV - only Roku. Couldn’t watch the World Series. The downstairs bed takes up the entire room - difficult to move around.

Clean, well stocked, separate sleeping spaces.

Location. A little further from the centre of town than I thought. Shame there was no water in the creek running alongside and light switch for outdoor seating would have enhanced the back yard.
