Nothing! Just all the steps yo, but that was expected!

The views were amazing

I didn't like that you could not drive to the front door the taxi dropped us off about 100mts from the site. it was difficult to get to the location with heavy luggage. it was quite secluded; on one particular evening we arrived home late to encounter a group of youths sitting on the steps smoking and drinking it was quite scary. on arrival the booking showed a different address we paid the taxi driver, and he left us only to find out it was higher up and ended up paying an extra 40euro to take us up the top it was very distressful. this accommodation is not for someone who isn't able.

Difficulté d'accès non annoncée sur l'annonce et refus de remboursement en conséquence. Logement très différent de celui présenté sur booking: très vieillot, plus petit, moins lunineux,... Adresse du logement fourni différente de l'adresse du logement indiquée lors du paiement. En plus très difficile de se garer à proximité: 300/400 mètres quand on trouvait la place au plus proche sinon le plus souvent 1 km!

Property has no parking. You need to drive far to the closest parking. No public street parking in proximity.

I stayed in this apartment with my elderly parents. Whilst the advert clearly mentions that it is not wheelchair accessible please note you will have to walk up and take stairs up as well. Once you are in the apartment you don't want to leave The view is to die for. If you are booking this place make sure that you have some late evenings free to soak in all the amazing sunsets you get to see. The property is clean and has all the amenities that have been mentioned in their advert. When it comes to service from the host company, I had a pleasant experience as one of the guys Mateo , who came to rescue when I couldn't find the keys to the apartment however that happened only after a horrible experience ( details below)

Guests are supposed to get instructions which include how to get the keys, now mind it a) there are two ways to get to the apartment b) both routes are quite uphill. I took the wrong "route" and couldn't get to the keys Hence I called the host company, Jade picks all she kept saying: read instructions. Instead of guiding me and then all of a sudden she leaves the room while the call is still on! WHAT ON EARTH IS THIS !! JADE!! What I would have expected 1. Jade sends instructions in advance not 5 mins before check-in 2. Instructions nowhere mention what route to take which not and how to find the keys

Loved the view, clean, comfortable

We knew about the stairs based on the description so families with smaller children or with mobility issues would probably struggle. We felt it was worth it for the view! There are two bedrooms but one has to walk into the other bedroom to get to the bathroom so not an ideal set up for two couples staying here.

The standard apartment with Lakeview was very nice and clean. Unfortunately did not outweigh the disgraceful stay in the other apartment.

I booked two apartments here, the 2-bedroom standard apartment with lake view and a 2-bedroom standard apartment. The lake view apartment was a very clean, modern 2-bedroom apartment with no problems except we had to wait two hours past check-in time as they forgot to clean our apartment. On the other hand, the standard apartment was a disgrace. The apartment was filled with black mould, it completely stunk of it and was all over the bathroom. We complained about it straight away and were offered no help. We asked to be moved into another place and to have that night refunded as these places are not cheap and clearly you would not book an expensive place if there's black mould in it. They then responded to us saying that they can't move us but they will fix the problem. They definitely did not fix the problem. We think they may have attempted to clean it and even paint over it a bit but it was definitely not removed. I have been in communication with them and they offered a $150 euro refund, which is nothing compared to what we paid, and since then they have completely ghosted me. Do not stay here, horrible service and completely and utterly disgusting behaviour. Putting paying guests’ health at risk in a dangerous environment is a disgrace.

The views were stunning , apartment very comfortable and well equipped. Como was very nice and a good location to explore .

Couldn’t find Coffee pods to fit machine . Lots of steps but not hidden on description , views well worth the walk .
