Gorgeous view and the apartment was well appointed.

We were informed the day before check-in that we would have to change apartments, as the boiler wasn't working in the one we booked (on the top floor). We were told it was an upgrade. It wasn't. We saw lights on and heard people upstairs during our stay.

The apartment was spacious, and the views were amazing. It was the best place to watch the new year fireworks. The apartments was warm. Communication was good, and we appreciated the later check out!

It was annoying that even though we had completed the check-in form, we had to go to the office to get the instructions to get into the apartment, and it was a 15 minute walk in the wrong direction. We got very lost finding the apartment. It was impossible to get to it from where the taxi dropped us off. Please note that the instructions on how to access the apparement start from 31 Via Prudenziana and not Via Torno 34. We were 2 couples, and we had not realised that you needed to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom, so this meant less privacy for one couple.

Nice view over the lake . Apartment was comfortable and well fitted out . Everything we needed including washing machine .

Checkin wasn’t smooth as host was 1.5 hours late . On entry apartment was cold and no hot water . We then had to FaceTime the company for instructions on how to reset the boiler . There were problems with the heating daily which required communication with host . Address given was number 34 / however it is actually the building 34 A. The 146 steps were incredibly difficult with a suitcase and no help was given . Access not suitable for those who are unfit .

Amazing views, you won't find a place with better views at a price like this. Location is great too, close to alot of restaurants along the lake.

We had an unbearable sewage smell from the bathroom in our stay. We also found the facilities slightly lacked as the door knob kept falling off.

The view was amazing and the apartment was lovely.

Two many steps for me to climb and very difficult to get up with our luggage. For younger people I think.

Superb views and well equipped for four people

I’m being very picky now…. No plugs by mirrors for doing hair and makeup. Nothing wrong with the apartment as such. Great property 👍
