"After we got things straightened out we really did enjoy our stay and the views were spectacular!"

The views were amazing! Apartment was comfortable and cozy.

The stairs were a lot, but we managed as we are seniors. When we first got there, the breaker in the electric panel was tripped so nothing worked. The fridge was wet inside from the freezer defrosting. Had to call someone about that. The special toilet in one of the bathrooms would not work at first because the water had been turned off to it. Was a bit frustrating when we just landed and all these things did not work. Also there could be a bit more linens. No oven mitts, no hand towel, no face clothes.

Everything was perfect. the location couldn’t be better.. under 5 min walk to the cable car, the ferry terminal, and the middle of town. Also the view is INSANE

What a Gem. A beautiful apartment with truly stunning views over looking Lake Como and Como. Extremely well presented and comfortable.

Access to the property is extremely difficult numerous steps ( but the view) and in the main bedroom a continuous buzzing noise at night time.

The view is very good and very clean no elevator more than 40 or 50 steps and no staff to help you for carry your luggage 😔

The view is very nice

The stairs were very tiring to reach the room. It was approximately 150 steps, which made it difficult to go down and up to the room, especially with bags and belongings.

141 steps up to the frog door, but it wasn’t a surprise and someone helped with the bags both on check-in and check-out and we got fitter.
