The room was fine problem there's no lift I have to walk to 14th floor with stairs

the room was clean

poor receptionist, bathroom and elevator not functioning

I liked everything about the place, comfortable bed, superb kitchen and the balcony.

I needed to watch tv but it was not available. Something to make tea or coffee should also be added
