The security welcome us with a big smile and he took us to our room ..and we found the room clean am neet♥️my stay was perfect.iwill like to come back next time

The thing I didn't like is the hole in the buttons in a lift when you want to go down you must go with steps from 14 to 12 floor

"My worse experience about Durban"

There is an iron and ironing board, the kitchen was clean.

The sink was leaking i couldn't brush my teeth, i had to use a cup from the kitchen, i couldn't wash my face because of the leak, the geyser was also leaking there were drops coming out during my bath, there is no carpet to step on after bathing, so basically the bathroom was a mess, the area is not safe at all, the passages are dark there is no burglar on the door like there was no comfort, the place is horrible. There are no plugs near the bed.
