ZAZAThe security personnel tried to extort "parking fee" from me on arrival. The keys were NOT in a locked safe by the door, therefore, I had to go back down with 4 bags to look for the keys. My agent/host (Sne) is just available on WhatsApp - never in person. The apartment is falling apart - cracked paint, broken taps, badly water-damaged walls and poor ventilation. There was no water at all during the whole duration of my stay and I wasted my time by reporting it. Except for the security gentleman (quite senior and big bodied) who was on duty on Monday, 09 June 2025, all others were just plain rude. At some point, I had to answer why I did not inform security that I was going to drive out and the nature of questioning was implying that I was stealing my own car.

ZAAbsolutely nothing, I couldn't even make it to the room or apartment itself, from me coming down from my transport everything was so bad and the smell the filth from the entrance, the building is very very from outside it looks like skwattercamp.
Absolutely everything the service at the reception was not even professional, booking.com is wrong for having such a building in their website, I felt deceived, I couldn't spend even one night there i had to book another accommodation.

There was no water and they didn't want to refund me when I told them I can't stay in a place without water for 3 days
ZAWe had an issue we stayed there for approximately 6 hours without electricity. On top of that we paid for cleaning fee but no one came to clean the house. Their building is poor especially outside. We stayed with doves but besides all of that ,their room inside its giving we also had a sea-view of which was good for us as couple
