Great space , all clean and tidy perfect for your short stay

The property itself was really nice in terms of decor.

The were no mattress or quilt protectors. The was no heat or hot water. Security was contacted and they did change the gas, but there seemed to be a problem with the boiler. No one returned the following morning, so none of us could shower (all 4 of our children have additional needs which involves toileting accidents) it was also cold all night. I contacted the host to info him this needed sorting before the next guest, which he said he would do (fair play). However, I was surprised he did not offer us any reimbursement as we were cold all night and could not shower.

We are on holiday from Australia. Although the van itself is nice there were no sheets pillow cases or towels when we arrived. Also the park owners had no idea we were coming and no idea of the van no. We were to stay in as the van was a private one booked through bookings.com. the assistant was very helpful and managed to contact the owner and get the key deposit box no which enabled us to get inside. The shower was leaking profusely during our stay. We were disappointed after a long drive to be met with problems. We slept on the bed under the quilt and couldn't shower - no towels.!
