3 Bed Holiday Home, Doniford Bay

The caravan is conveniently located to the entertainment complex and swimming pool.

The owner did let us check in 1 hour prior to check in at 4pm. At that time the caravan had not been cleaned. We let the owner know and he sent people just after 4pm. We went swimming whilst the cleaning took place. When we returned the caravan had been cleaned but was still dirty, empty bag left in the shower, fridge full of old food from previous stays. Both bathrooms hardly cleaned. A dirty spoon in one of the bedrooms. Toilet roll was advertised but none in the caravan. Again contacted the owner. Really disappointed with the caravan. Would not book again. The park is very dated and the pool is dirty and freezing. Food poor, price reflects the standards of food. Staff unhelpful. Would not return.

Was only told about bringing our own bedding a few hours before check in, we had already left home..

Single bed mattress was poor. Could feel springs. No sheets or towels provided but that was in the info pack after booking. Mattress protectors would be good

Chippy on the site needs organising!!!! Great site, location, facilities. Caravan was perfect for us.

The caravan was very clean and spacious and in a great location close to all amenities.. Jack was helpful with everything and replied very quickly with any queries.. Would highly recommend 😊

There's nothing not too like.. Only the fact we did 2 nights and would love to have done more..

Clean caravan, well equipped and comfy beds. Great location on a good haven site.

No clear instructions for the central heating so only used the fire in living room.

The location was great ,would loved to have stopped longer than the 1 night,would like to come back for longer
