Sometimes the cockroaches, bed bugs, stains, piss, and shit was not ALL over the place. Never checked the attic, or the rooms I wasn't staying in.

Sometimes the cockroaches, bed bugs, stains, piss, and shit WERE all over the place. Kitchen especially. Probably in the bedroom as well because I regularly had bites.

It was so horrible and they switched up the location. Plus th we guy stalked me on my phone. I felt so uncomfortable I never stay there

I didnt like how the location was wrong . It smell so bad

The property manager was the best

Unfortunately there are extra people staying in the house, there is no privacy at all.. The rooms stink the bathrooms are filthy, dirty clothes and dirty towels were laying around. Definitely not worth booking.

I like the fact that it is quite and have amenities

I don’t like the fact that I’m being watched ever time someone goes in and out of the door manager watching everyone through the doorbell camera

There was a functional kitchen, sink, pans, plates, cups and cutleries, etc for cooking instead of just a microwave. Fridge for freezing, storage and cold drinkable? water. Large screen TV with streaming and free wifi. Queen sized bed. Clean and well kept. I rushed to the location late 7+pm but was still allowed into the property due to United Airlines' 4 hours delay and fault (travellers were early though). Got scammed by basement taxi into paying USD140 due to arriving at airport at 6pm (rushing) and waited to collect luggage, didn't had time to buy SIM card or order rideshare. Cleaner, payment collector and owner are friendly and understanding.

Couldn't get receipt immediately after payment (but did in whatsapp later), due to United Airlines flight delayed for 4 hours and delayed arrival at airport. Some tenants were noisy (2 black men, 2 black women, 1 latino? woman), some of them *smoked in their rooms*, knocked on stuff and my door, making noises with shoes and table at night, leaving a mess in the sink. Very cold showers without heater. I killed 1 cockroach and 20+ mosquitos in the bathroom. Payment collector (asian? man) drove and left me at Walmart *at night 7+pm (same day of arriving at DFW airport)* and told me to walk back, took 3+ HORRIBLE and PAINFUL hours carrying watermelon and stuff to walk back to property without SIM card or know about DART... (yet to eat dinner or drink anything landing at DFW airport, travelled a total of 24+15=39 hours (flights + travel) to DFW airport, 41 hours with taxi to property.
