The resort is placed in charming scenery. Stag was friendly especially the receptionist David was really helpful and gave us all the information what we can do during our time in Serena. Room was spacious and clean. Pool well maintained and that was a pleasure to use it

"Very nice place to stay but attention to detail (safety) should be improved"

Very nice staff and beautiful domain. rooms are spacious and have infotainment. swimminh pool is great and it's well managed

They need to change their Quality control staff. puting basic iron into the kid swimming pool creates rust that fall in the water and may be dangerous. swings at the open air kids Playground are not bolted in the ground. moving to fast and the whole stuff will rollover. i mean bring an external auditor to spend few days to tell you whats very wrong for a 4stars resort.
