Upon arrival were were met with really helpful and caring staff who guided us in what we were wanting to do. We only had a short time there but we knew we were wanting to spend time on the private On Sen, get in a massage or two and eat some yummy food. The breakfast offerings were perfect with fresh Pho, omlette making and the pastries were lovely. Surrounded by the natural scape of the area, it was lovely just to stare out into the distance! Bicycles were made available to get around the resort and they offered buggies to help us get to the On Sen. We loved our Bungalow, we felt like we were in nature. It was a perfect size with a beautiful bathroom! The Spa/Massage area was underrated!

The room wasnt maintain properly. Too loud music, Staffs very nice and friendly, but need more professional training.

Rooms are OK, nothing special. Huge place, it was and can be noisy. Rates are justified by all the services provided. If you like or need the Spa, the playground for the kids, the hotspring bath the price is ok. But if it is just for the room it is pricey. Breakfast is a buffet and for all tastes. Abundance.

It was noisy past midnight. Clients partying , no quietness reinforced.

Nice location

Shower low presurre, electric plug is stiff, hair dry is low power, food portion is designed for a group rather than a couple. Less westerner food choice. Not so mang chair to sit for look out view. No support for a visit tour on electric car for people have a bad leg

The resort is suitable for families with kids and elderly. There are lots of green areas and comfortable to walk there

The facility is getting old and need renovation.
