Location near Sultan Halim bridge. Big pool. Spacious room. Washing machine and water dispenser. No Deposit is required. Parking claim is reimbursed promptly and easy to deal.

Parking has to pay, initially it is very confusing about the parking claim. Parking lot is very very far from apartment. Not a muslim-friendly apartment as there is no prayer mat and no Qiblat direction. The utensils are not separated for Muslim use. There is a broken drawer, it needs to be fixed before new client check-in. Light in the toilet for the master bedroom is out. Why cabinets were locked? There were not enough hangers to hang cloth. No tables were provided even there are enough space for it.
