The space is quiet ,and close to everything Checked in late but it was not a problem

I booked online for the service. The receptionist/owner called to inform that she had double booked us so she had no room for us, so she will refund our money back. I told her that it's OK, I'm at the atm so she can send an ewallet for the refund. And she agreed, about 30 min I called send the money she was like shes sending it. I waited almost 2 hours at night. We called she still said shes sending the money. Like Really! How long does it take to to send an ewallet??? I then had to cancel from bookings.com and we were charged for that.

- They need to fix the toilet. The seat is not stable or not fixed. - Towels not soft or they are old. - My wife and kids don't like dogs and they are scared of dogs. Please lock them in a cage or keep dogs away from guests.

No reception Waited 30minutes for someone to open the gates Staff did not know our rooms Because of no recepstion

Nothing to be liked.: we left the place the following morning and request a refund but we were informed by the Caretaker that we need to contact booking.com

1.lack of amenities like the pots to cook were rusted not hygienic, curtlary incomplete, no fraying pan, no milk jug, consumables like sugar, powdered milk in short supply, construction work in progress, located next to incomplete units which posed a threat towards away stay, TV with 1 channel, they claimed that most of their young visitors prefer Netflix or u-tube, and the small door leading to the outside of the kitchen is not properly fitted felt unsafe due to incomplete units that where without security and too close to our unit (pictures can be provided), no hangers in wardrobes not fit for use,

Friendly people, quiet an peaceful environment. Accommodated us at 4 am when we left
