To say the host was horrible is an understatement. I booked this apartment twice by mistake, I cancelled one booking and one remained as confirmed. When I called the host, she did not want to let us in, insisting that I cancelled the booking. Even when I asked her to take my booking reference and check, she refused and referred me to Booking.com. Imagine being stranded at night, the host could here that she was speaking to a female and considering how safe this country is, the least she could have done is to open for us and let us speak while inside the property and safe. We had to look for another accommodation which cost us R1 035 and +/- 40km drive from this property. I could not cancel the booking on my side as it had a penalty of the full amount at that point. I still haven't received any communication from either the host or Booking.com

Only bedding was clean.

1. Room dirty 2. Cold water 3. The was cockroach and dead flies 4. The owner was not friendly and told us she's tired🙄 5. I don't understand why they accept bookings on Sunday if their rooms are not ready. 6. Extra blanket was dirty 7. No microwave 8. The was a smell in our room 9. Couch was dirty

Everything about the apartment was really great and spacious

Honestly can't complain

For a bigger family perhaps you could put one or 2 extra chairs so that everyone can sit down. The bath was lovely!

Bathroom door got stuck a few times and makes a terrible noise. No lamp in bedrooms.

Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Amenties new and modern. Safe, clean and easy.

It was a particularly cold night and one heater only.

Clean, central and modern.

Little hiccup with rooms at the start but they sorted it quickly.
