CHARMING LOFT IN RUZAFA, SOHO b2

Avere a disposizione una cucina è stato molto utile per poter fare diversi pasti in casa, essere al piano terra è stato molto comodo per tutti gli spostamenti e avere una camera rialzata raggiungibile solo con una scala è stato super divertente per il nostro bambino!!!!

Centrale,accogliente.

Non c’è finestra e/o aspiraggio in bagno. Ambiente umido con segni di muffe. Divano impolverato. Scarsa fornitura di prodotti da bagno per l’intero soggiorno.

La struttura è in un punto strategico, vicina ai mezzi e il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 minuti. La zona è piena di ristoranti e locali.

L’appartamento di suo è molto carino, ma dalle foto la scala per il matrimoniale soppalcato sembrava meno ripida. Inoltre dal primo giorno abbiamo avuto un problema con l’illuminazione. Infatti dopo aver fatto un giro di accensione di tutte le luci per capirne il posizionamento, siamo rimasti senza. Abbiamo contattato il responsabile che si è dimostrato disponibile a cercare un elettricista che però non è mai arrivato. Siamo stati pochi giorni e ci siamo adattati, però non ci è possibile dare il punteggio massimo alla struttura.

The location

The space is made like not for stay, buy for one hourly use. Neon, curtains... It has very strange smell of humidity. Its not clean, stains on the walls, dirt at the bathroom. While sleeping you can hear the running water from the pipes above... Its located on the street, being former shop...

It is well designed, location is good.

It is very loud at night. There is no coffee machine or at least tea bags. It could have been cleaner.

We absolutely loved spending our holidays in this apartment. The owner is super nice and helpful, everything was clean and localization is very good. We reccomend.

Lack of natural sunlight should be compensated with even more de-lighting around the apartment, but maybe for some darker environment will be preferred.

It was in a really good location, the center was walking distance but still in a quite region. The place looked so unique that we really enjoyed.

Gorgeous and spacious property with all amenities you need. Excellent location. Efficient check in process. Really enjoyed our stay.
