A very nice hotel that was recently built that offers nice breakfast, clean facilities, and really good service from the staff. I enjoyed my time here. It is a bit outside of the Hoi An old town so it's more quiet and relaxing.

It was clean, close to the Ancient Town, the staff were exceptionally helpful. We were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel was very empty as luckily able to change to a larger room with a good sized bathroom and large bath . Room initially allocated was rather smaller with very small windowless shower/loo Bicycles helpful as hotel rather further out of old town than described and anticipated. , luckily seemed to be an area where taxis parked with a cafe for them, so during the day there was often one there and available, otherwise always had to be ordered as far too far to walk at least 1.5-2 miles. So saying quieter than being further into hustle and bustle of old town

Service at bar and breakfast very slow , and as hotel empty, apart from first day, no buffet laid out, which one can see made sense to avoid huge wastage etc, but just meant it took much longer, when we only had a small breakfast anyway and wanted to be quick. Luckily had a room looking out the back , suspect the rooms looking into court yard pool , rather airless and view

This propriety is average, the Breakfast and offerings was very average with most items not served hot and at dangerous temperature conditions, the two piece toaster is old and many people complained it was also dangerous with people needing to put utensils in to get the toast out.. Pool service for cocktails by the pool incredibly slow, on arrival happy hour was buy 1 get one free and then on the other afternoons the board changed to buy 2 get 1 free… it’s a good 30min walk into old town, gym was poorly fitted out with one machine not working, our room floors was not cleaned during our stay.. Also no safe provided and we had to request… the pictures of the rooms are not current in booking.com… pool is freezing as receives no sun.. also on checkin my parent given a lower standard of room and requested a swap to what they booked, which was provided..
