The staff was so friendly and welcoming! Went out of their way to help you and always with a smile on their face.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind. So helpful with arrangements for trips etc. Enjoyed a lovely full breakfast each morning. Beds were very comfortable.

This was my favourite hotel of entire Vietnam trip, it was 5 star and excellent front desk service, they even arranged a private car transfer to Da Nang and look after my luggage whilst I sight see. Being new hotel everything is fresh and new. Also used free shuttle to old town so location was not a problem. Would happily stay here next time without hesitation.

Location: ~5 min taxi ride from Old Town, costs VND30K-40K. Reasonably quiet road, 1 min walk to Winmart. There's a complimentary shuttle at scheduled times in the day. Staff: Very enthusiastic and helpful. When we had a broken flush, the plumber came to the room immediately and cleaning staff came to mop and dry the floor. Furnishing: Comfortable bed, sufficient table space. 2 cushioned chairs in the room, 2 chairs in the balcony. Full-length mirror next to room door. Bathroom door is a solid door with frosted glass, enough privacy. Bathroom has bathtub and standing shower. Closet has ~8 move-able hangers, quite useful. Room: Fair amount of walking space, about 2m × 1.3m on each side of the bed. Balcony door lock seems solid. Balcony faces other rooms, so it wasn't dusty. Nice breeze when we open the balcony door. Privacy was okay because of blinds and curtains. Facilities: Had couples massage - they have a few large rooms for couple massage. Did gel nails, felt it was very convenient to stay within the hotel instead of going out. Laundry was completed within 24h, and folded nicely. Cost is okay. Gel nails still going strong two weeks after. Can't upload more photos, but would say that the gym and children's play area looked decent. Others: Good range of breakfast foods. Option to rent bicycles. There are some food options about 10 min walk from the hotel, on both ends of the road (towards and away from Old Town).

The floor surface for both the bath tub and shower was quite smooth, and there were no non-slip mats. No falls though.

The staff here really make you feel you are at home, addressing you by name every time they see you. Sharon and Mille in particular went out of their way to help us with flight issues. Loved the balcony. Good room and lovely breakfast each day.

Location is a little away from Old Town but hotel did offer a shuttle and taxi only around 50-70 VND so not really an issue.

Great hotel! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered was delicious, although it may benefit from more European options including a variety of cereal, fruits and yoghurts. The hotel offers complimentary bike rental which allowed for easy exploration of the area. Despite being a bit outside the old quarter, it was only a short taxi ride away or a pleasant bicycle ride. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were exceptional and added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I would definitely stay again if returning to Hoi An.

- More options for European travellers for breakfast would be great. - Transfers from the hotel to the old quarter are pricey may be more beneficial for guest to use the Grab App

Clean, clean, clean!!! We loved our stay here. Amazing staff that helped with everything we needed. Very good breakfast, very good gym, beautiful pool, comfortable rooms, beautiful finishes. Everything was so perfect. And so clean!!

We booked this hotel because previous reviews were excellent and we are pleased to say these are very accurate. This is a very new hotel in Hoi An, and located just outside of the town centre (about a mile). We love to walk and enjoyed walking in and out of the town. If you prefer there is a free shuttle bus. On our arrival we were very early and greeted by the lovely Mile (operations manager). Mile was amazing ensuring everything was sorted for our stay/trip and even found us cheaper ongoing taxis. Mile also asked her staff to help with our SIM card which was all sorted for the rest of our stay in Vietnam (another month). We also got our room as soon as we arrived and a free upgrade 😊 thank you Mile!! The hotel is immaculately clean and our room was beautiful, very comfortable and housekeeping attended every day. Our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. Every member of staff here made us feel so very welcome and were extremely kind. The lovely Sharon the Assistant Office Manager, with her colleagues Lara, Cris, Ella and of course Tuyet who was training! All could not do enough to make sure we were looked after. Hau also looked after us and made sure we knew about brollies/coats etc that were available if it rained. And not to forget the beautiful Sharon(no 2) our lovely bar tender, who makes an excellent mojito and chatted to us for a long while - thanks Sorry if we have missed any names! It’s a big thank you to the whole team and of course HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all and may it be a prosperous and healthy one!

Mile asked us if there was any improvement to be made and for us the only thing we missed was a proper Italian coffee but this was certainly not a deal breaker for us - we can live without Italian coffee and Vietnamese coffee is very nice (for most people!)
