Clean and modern. Room was well arranged and clean. Staff were always caring and helpful. Staff assisted us with all our needs and requests. Staff arranged our breakfast to go at 5am when we had an early checkout/flight. Very thoughtful

Shower leaked to the toilet area but most Asian hotel bathrooms have this issue. I wish the gym had more to offer. Our room had 2 single beds pushed together. We Requested a topper in the 2nd night but got a blanket rolled between the 2 mattresses. Very uncomfortable for a married couple but they did their best.

Nice quiet location. Only noise was from the neighbourhood rooster. A bit of a walk to the Ancient Town area but definitely manageable. The included breakfast was terrific. Free bicycles were also really nice.

We stayed 4 nights and this hotel was by far the best place we stayed at during our whole trip. The room was spacious and had a well sized bathroom. The mattress was comfy and the amenities provided were more than reasonable for a 4 star hotel. There are some shops, massage and food places nearby but ancient town with all its amazing food & shopping is just a 5 min drive away. We did not have a chance to use the pool but it was always clean and well presented. The hotel also offers free bike hire which was convenient for us when we were waiting for our airport pick up after checking out. However, the best thing about the hotel is the staff. From the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, everyone we came across was very welcoming and attentive. They remembered what activities we had planned and were always happy to go out of their way to make our stay more special. Especially Sharon the Front Office Manager who checked in with us every day at breakfast and John the porter who chatted to us daily. We highly recommend staying here and had a wonderful time!

That we had to leave

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very well cleaned every day. The pool area was nice as it was sheltered from the sun in the afternoon. We enjoyed our time at this hotel in beautiful Hoi An.

We needed to get taxis into old town as it was too far to walk especially in the heat. The taxis were generally reasonably priced (between 30,000 - 50,000 dong) one way. The hotel were helpful in helping book "legitimate" taxis.

Hotel was way too noisy, including the pool and dining areas - poorly designed spaces. Seems like Amina Lantana has ongoing agreements with large tour groups, because every day at least one large coach would show up late in the evening. The groups were so noisy checking in to their rooms, and the noise went on until very late in the night. Very poor sound insulation in the rooms themselves. Hotel is a little too far out of town to be convenient.
