Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms The location was good - about a 5 minute drive from town, but in a quiet area and easy to get private cars by app or even bike into town

"Nice Hotel in Hoi An for families."

The staff are lovely and helpful, especially the belldoor man. Room is nice and clean. My family really liked Cao Lâu and Bagguet at the hotel. We ordered again next day for our dinner. Location is perfect for a short cycle to the town. Free airport pick-up is also highlighted here.

Breakfast isn't great. It could be better with more options and quality. I didn't like breakfast

Interconnecting family rooms. Very comfortable. Staff exceptional. Warm and smiling. Would go out of their way to assist in any way they can.

Beds a little hard for me but if you like a firm bed you are in luck.

Exceptional staff. Friendly, accommodating and always smiling and acknowledging you. Hotel is spotless. Pool area is maintained well and rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Prompt responses to all communication prior to arrival. Provided lots of information about sights to see and even arranged booking of Hoi An Memories show.
