"Not worth the price you pay"

The location was great. Bathroom and kitchen were newly refurbished.

The house smelt of damp. A lot cosmetic maintenance needed e.g. painted walls. The shutters/windows had dead flies, cobwebs. It wasn’t worth the price we paid unfortunately.

Location is perfect your right in Tenby town, house has everything you need and very spacious, owner was always at the end of the phone if we needed anything (ie to work the heating system) will definitely return when going back.
