The house was a short walk from the town and beach and was very clean and comfortable

Perfect location, so spacious, clean and tidy.

Great location. Minutes from train station and short walk to all the beaches and shops. Very good/prompt communication. Nice property with 2 living rooms, comfy beds and outside benches.

Needed to be prepared to buy essentials: toilet roll, washing up liquid, kitchen roll etc.

Great location

Property is need of some TLC. Lots of weeds growing around the front and rear of the property, which made it look scruffy and unwelcoming to sit and enjoy the sun. The property only has one bathroom/toilet, so be aware if you're a party of six. It would also benefit from a dust pan and brush. This would allow keeping on top of mess, etc... Only one wardrobe in the house?
