There wasn’t any bath soap or hand soap. We brought some with us, so we were good.

GBLocation was fantastic. Less than 5 mins to the beach and 2 mins from bars and restaurants in siesta key.
The property requires some repairs, the flooring is coming away in several places. The sliding door between the bathroom and bedroom has fallen off the runners and will not close. Also the iron and ironing board were both broken.

We booked for 4 people and told there was plenty of space and very comfortable for all. It was comfortable for 2 people but the sofa bed was not good enough. I called on the night we arrived to ask advice but there was no response. Also asked for more sheets and told there wasn’t any. Not good enough for the price we paid.

GBThe Villa was very well placed within the village. I also liked how responsive the Rental Company was when I sent photos of the current condition of the Villa. We were moved very quickly and although a disappointing booking, it was resolved quickly.
The Villa had a lot of marks on the wall, the fridge did not switch on, the back door did not work off the access code we were given (the front did). To encourage a future booking, I would like to see the property brought up to a rentable standard and new photos out on Booking.com. As previously stated, when I sent photos of the current issues/condition, we were moved quickly to a villa that was of rentable standard.
