Spacious, clean, close to a park, bus stop into town just outside, pub next door, something for everybody

Location for Cotswold Way Walk was perfect.

There were no usable table tennis balls. It would have been a nice touch to have a dishwasher tablet(s)

Faeces in toilet, stained toilets, urine-stained and smelly bedding in 1 bedroom; dishwasher unemptied and dirty/mouldy; no dishcloth; no kitchen bin liner; dirty oven; missing tv remote for 1 bedroom; doors difficult to lock; no instructions for appliances; lack of response from property management.

Close to old town. Lounge room was nice and comfortable.

Dishwasher didn’t work and was mouldy. Dishes in cupboard not clean. A bit more crockery would have been useful. Bins outside were all full. Unsure where to park.

We were really impressed with all the facilities.

There was no lighter fluid in the gas lighter. This was inconvenient when we had already been to the shops to purchase the food to cook and didn't have time to go again before we needed to go out. Perhaps a spare or a box of matches could be provided to prevent this from happening again.

The location was really good in a nice quiet cul-de-sac and close enough to the centre of bath with a small co-op a 5 minute walk. There is parking for 2 cars right outside . The rooms are nice and comfy especially the bedrooms.

The amount of echo is unbelievable, it’s impossible to watch tv downstairs if someone is just walking around upstairs. You can’t watch tv if somebody is playing table tennis it is just too loud. There were big cobwebs over the patio doors and the windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for months. The worst part for us though was the fact that we were told we couldn’t check in until 15:00 and we didn’t arrive until 15:30 only to find that the cleaner was still there so we had to wait outside for 15 minutes while she finished. We had a really long drive down from Manchester and wanted to get unpacked and settled in. Everyone that stays there gets an email saying you have to check out by 10:00 am so why was the cleaner only just cleaning when we arrived at 15:00? Then on the Thursday morning we had no hot water and no heating, after some research online (I`m unfamiliar with viessman boilers) I discovered the pressure had dropped right down to 0.4% so I had to go back online to find out how to top it up. I was also told by email not to have the hot water and central heating lights on at the same time or it could overload the system. Think you might need to invest in a new boiler.
