Cosy,clean and easy Near to pub and to cafe

Nothing not to like apart from No toilet roll which it did say was provided !

Bizarrely stingy with toilet paper two virtually empty rolls and the hand soap dispenser pumps empty too . No granulated coffee but Nespresso machine didn’t work as they hadn’t supplied the correct cups . Facilities and rooms very good comfortable beds perfect location

Good value property, slightly outside of Bath as expected, but meant a nice walk into town with a couple of stops. Bus Stop close to property as another option. We booked property in July for a trip in March and received a message from the owner at this time with further details of the property , as stated details for the door code were provided in the morning of arrival. However I would suggest the property owner makes contact before then when final payment is made just to give assurance all is ok. I attempted to contact the owner before arrival but received no reply back and the mobile number on the Booking.com website just went dead. Apart from better communication the stay was good.

Good value modern property in a quiet residential area. Space in house as described . All clean and tidy .

I was told 15 minutes after check in time that check in was delayed for 3 hours. Having driven many miles this was very annoying. We dropped bags and tried to find somewhere near to eat and drink but everything closed. The cleaner then allowed us to sit in the house while she finished cleaning. The house was quite cold and the heating system a mystery , we had no hot water on first morning, The oven was filthy and needs a professional clean. The downstairs toilet was stained and off putting. There were no baking trays There was no re cycle bin. There was no cleaning cloth or spray cleaner or dishwasher tablet. The absence of any mirrors in any of the bedrooms was very annoying as difficult to use a hair dryer ! The car parking space has no member on it and a neighbour had to come and tell us where to park. The property Would benefit from a welcome pack to include maps, bus time table, a couple of biscuits maybe!.

Incorrect instructions about the heater, we didn’t have to do anything to get hot water, but our instructions told us that we needed to take some steps so that made our morning a little bit hectic. Either it was not listed that there was an Nespresso or I missed it, but there was an espresso but no pods so I wish I would’ve known ahead of time and brought my own coffee pods. They did have tea and milk stocked.
