Keys in a lock box close to the property. Easy to retrieve. Good location as in the centre so close to everything.

Furniture was dated, grubby, old and chipped. Could do with updating or deep cleaning sofas and general update or replace of furniture.

The apartment was extremely close to the town centre.

There was a nightclub close by, I could hear the bass until it closed at 6am. The apartment is very well worn and in need of some TLC.

Good location in centre of Leeds. Nice shower, towels provided.

The lights seemed to work only when they wanted, same as quite a lot of the plug sockets. Good location but there are no less than five locks on the front door which makes you question your choices when you arrive! The owners insist on you giving them a copy of your driving licence or passport. (I still dont understand how that is for my security) After wed stayed my credit card company that id used to pay this lot the security desposit cancelled card due to fraud concerns. I would not be surprised if the two things were linked. Our bed was OK but our travel mates had a bed they could barely sleep im, springs coming through the mattress. Funny smell of a place that is not lived in/slightly damp. Trains go past, we didnt mind that, but if you're a light sleeper youre not going to be happy. It wasnt as cheap as youd like for how meh it was to be honest.

It was spacious, in a pleasant apartment complex.

There were lots of things that didn’t work, including several lights, and especially the dishwasher which just wouldn’t run. Communication with the owner/agent wasn’t great. I was puzzled to be asked to pay a deposit, and while we got it back, this isn’t what normally happens on Booking.com. And it was fairly pricey.
