Mimi's Rooms - Charming Old Town

Le quartier.

Chambre sans lumière naturelle. Une petite fenêtre s'ouvre sur petit cagibi. Les draps n'étaient pas frais et l'alèse était sale et tachée. La chambre est petite et sa configuration donne un aspect lugubre. De plus, on a du quitter la chambre à 10hOO du matin...

The owner was lovely and communicated with us. The bed and bedding were really good and everything was so clean. It was well situated for the ferry dock and fairly close to where the airport bus stops. Quaint building nearby to a good breakfast stop.

It couldn't be helped but the room was tiny and the only window looked out onto another family's back porch. We had to keep the window closed when they were there. I believe the other rooms may have been better than ours.

Das Zimmer war extrem gemütlich und sehr sauber. Der kleine Balkon ist ideal für Paare, wir haben hier am Abend einen Prosecco getrunken und die Ruhe genossen. Mimi's Rooms ist in einer tollen Lage, man kann das Auto um die Ecke parken und zu Fuß in die Altstadt gehen. Würde jederzeit wieder die Unterkunft buchen :)

Location was perfect. Close to port, restaurants, and exploration. Owner was very responsive with questions and helpful.

Tout était parfait! Parking juste à côté. Le centre à pied. Maria est super disponible si besoin . Je recommande !

Walking distance from port -- having arrived from Dubrovnik by ferry, it was perfect. Self check-in was seamless. Ultra cute street in the old town, with locals hanging out right outside the door. Three sets of locked doors make the apartment feel super secure. Recently renovated, spotless. AC worked great.

Pack light and watch your head when entering! ;) The owner emailed to leave "city tax" and optional tip in cash at checkout, which felt a bit tacky. All part of the charm, I suppose. Bari Vecchia is not to be missed!
