The house was very spacious with plenty of room for 8 adults. A group of mature adults who are old school friends. The bedrooms very comfortable the bathrooms in each bedroom very clean. The kitchen and dining area well equipped with everything you need. Lounge area spacious and comfortable. As we was there during the rain but the garden is very enclosed and big.

Great stay!!! Spacious is an understatement, it was perfect for a group of friends attending a local (York city centre) wedding! Good food options locally with the Toby Carvery down the road for breakfast/dinner and lovely little touches like the games for little ones! Would more than happily stay again ✨
