There was mold and blood stains

The apartment is in a quiet building on a more residential street in Philly. There was long-term parking across the street and a rack of Indego bikes less than a block away. The bathroom finishes were nice, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cooking supplies (though some silverware needs replenishing). Plenty of towels for 2 were provided and the bedding was clean and comfortable. There were no views to speak of, but the heavy, velvet curtains ensured no one in neighboring windows could peek into the apartment.

The fridge is definitely on the fritz. The freezer section melted onto everything we put in it, but anything on the fridge's top shelf froze. There were also several long, dark hairs throughout the apartment in cabinets and on the floor. Additionally, it could really use a repair for the water damage to the wall in the bedroom and a fresh coat of paint throughout.

Good location and it was roomy

The stairs to get to upper rooms. No elevator and trying to carry big bags up was not fun.

Easy to use the online entry instructions. Wifi was fine. Nice bedroom and kitchen facilities were good (only one wine glass was a surprise)

The step in the room is poorly signposted and I tripped off it a couple of times

The location is great walkable to most any of the Philly Tourist sites! Extremely close to the train station for an easy ride to the ball parks. Also, an easy walk to Jefferson station if you want to take the reagional rail.

Not a lot that we didn't like. This is a great no frills place in an amazing location that is clean and comfortable.

The Thena was located in great part of the city. Close to restaurants. bars. and attractions as well as being close to public transport. Easy acess and I aw;ays felt comfortable and safe.

There could be a little more water pressure

Deben de manejarse con mayor claridad en cuanto a un pago de un seguro obligatorio de 75 dolares sin devolución o un depósito de 250 dolares contra daños . Entiendo que eso se debe de tratar antes de cobrarte la reserva , te envian un contrato 24 horas antes donde ya te han cobrado, lo que te hace pagar obligatoriamente pues en caso de cancelar la reservacion a esas alturas te cobran la penalidad del 50 %.
