"Ideal Location but need to improve within the condo unit."

The location was ideal if you plan to do site seeing in Georgetown (walking) and enjoying the local Penang street food.

1. We had problem with 2 air cond (hall and master bedroom) units that were leaking and had to call maintenance to fix them. 2. There are no wardrobes to hang clothes or place to keep your clothes or luggage. 3. No hooks in rooms or bathrooms to hang clothes 4. Wifi was not stable. 5. Look into providing additional parking bay as only 1 bay is provided for free and for additional car, have to pay RM35 / day.

Beds were comfortable, apartment was well located and clean. Staff were also accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Good amenities right below the flat, check in/check out process was smooth. Did not manage to check out the pool and gym but it was nice to have one available.

One of the bedrooms had slats on the door, which meant that it could be quite noisy when someone was in the living room.

Great location, comfortable apartment and amenities. Fantastic view! Getting access was a breeze. Water dispenser is a nice touch. Would stay again.

Shower fixture loose in one of the bathrooms but no problem with rainfall shower head.
