Gorgeous 2 floor 3 bed Apartment

Clean and tidy in a good location for exploring area on foot and by public transport.

1- parking- the description says there is free parking. This is misleading. The parking is free at certain times. We requested residents permits (which exist and were seen on other cars), however the ‘hosts’ ignored it. We ended up paying £30 to park for the week in a car park 10 minutes away to be sure we weren’t fined. 2- the property is described as a gorgeous seaside house. Actually it is a basement apartment. We were sent directions to no 78. This is not the address, the owners were hostile as they say this occurs regularly. 3- the description does not mention the very steep, slippery steps to the front door. Not does it mention the steep stairs, without hand rail internally to the below ground floor bedrooms and bathroom. 4- the description says two bathrooms. There is only one full bathroom and the other is a toilet. 5- the description says there’s a shower in the bathroom. There is not a useable over Bath shower. It is a hand held hair washing attachment hose. 6- the description says toiletries are supplied. The toiletries present are clearly the left overs from the stays of previous guests. The bath towels are shabby with holes in. 7- the description says fully equipped kitchen. However there were no drinking glasses - we bought some. There were 2 useable wine glasses the third was chipped, we replaced this. The ‘hosts’ said they couldn’t help as they were out of the country and that they were aware there were insufficient glasses as previous guests has stolen them. The kitchen also did not have a microwave nor a pair of scissors. Clearly not fully equipped. 8- the back door (not the bedroom French doors) does not open at all- this is a fire safety hazard.

Beautiful house and very clean. Lovely decor and furniture too!

Neighbours upstairs were upset with us for parking outside the property even though we were entitled to park there.

The house itself was beautiful , very clean and modern. Real home from home

The shower wasn't a real shower ....very awkward and small. Just a shower curtain and the shower was just a basic hand held one .
